KM Plumbers operates a transparent pricing policy to ensure that our clients do not have any surprises.
Whilst there is no call out charge, the minimum charge for our services is £80, which includes the first 30 minutes of work. In our experience, 80% of routine plumbing issues can be remedied within the first 30 minutes. The per-hour rate thereafter is £50, with all further work after the first half hour charged in 30 minute increments.
All parts provided will be charged at the standard retail rate.

We will provide estimates in writing and free of charge for plumbing work not listed above. Where there is a cost to us in providing an estimate, such as parking fees or the Congestion Charge, a fair charge is passed to the customer.
Where projects are expected to exceed approximately £10,000, we charge a fixed fee of £200 plus VAT to cover required site visits and the preparation of an extensive written estimate.
